LocaleMinder Usage Fees
The LocaleMinder.com usage fee is calculated based on the number of words being maintained in the database for the Account. The first 2,000 words for an Account is completely free. This allows developers to trial LocaleMinder.com for free or for developers of small products to use it permanently for free. The pricing for Accounts with more than 2,000 words are calculated on a fee per word per 28 days calculated on a daily basis.
- Free - first 2000 words.
- $US 0.08 per word - next 48,000 words/28 days
- $US 0.04 per word - next 450,000 words/28 days
- $US 0.02 per word - next 4,500,000 words/28 days
- $US 0.005 per word - words over 5,000,000/28 days
Translations by our freelance translators are charged on a per word basis. LocaleMinder.com keeps the costs of translators as low as possible by automatically selecting translators based on a balance of their history of accuracy, responsiveness and cost. Your account must be funded up front and will be used for the translator fees (if required) and your monthly use fees.
Special terms including quarterly invoicing or installation on dedicated hardware can be arranged by request and submission of company references.
